Unfortunately, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Willow Ridge offers a package concierge that notifies you upon delivery and allows your packages to be placed in a locker until you are available for retrieval.

Applications are evaluated based on several factors, including income verification, credit history, and rental history. PRG partners with a third-party screening provider to complete credit and background checks. Please note that prior evictions, broken leases, or unfavorable credit may result in a declined application, in accordance with our rental criteria. Final approval decisions are based on the results of the complete screening report.
Lease Holder(s) monthly gross income must be three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Guarantors are permitted for any lease holder(s) that cannot provide proof of income of three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Guarantor/co-signor monthly gross income must be five (5) times the monthly rent amount. Income must be verified by one or more of the following:

Willow Ridge follows a consistent screening process that includes income verification, credit history, and rental history. Applicants must meet the community’s established rental criteria in order to qualify for residency. We encourage prospective residents to contact the leasing team if they have questions about eligibility prior to submitting an application.

Yes! Willow Ridge Apartment offers several online services, including paying rent and submitting 24/7 maintenance requests.
The minimum lease term is 3 months.
The application fee is $75 per adult, 18 years of age and older, and a $150 reservation fee. Upon approval, your security deposit can range from $500 to one month's rent.
We provide many options to pay rent, including online rental payments, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and WIPS payments.
There is a $25 trash fee; you will also be charged for your water based on your usage.
There are no utilities included in your rent.
Here at Willow Ridge, we require all residents to acquire renters' insurance.
We do not allow any resident to sublet their apartment.
Amenities
Yes, Willow Ridge is pet-friendly with no breed restrictions. You may have a maximum of two pets. There is a $350 pet fee for one and $500 for two pets, with a monthly pet rent of $20/month per pet.
